There is a private pool and beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field and playground. During the summer season boats can be rented. The lake is stocked with fish periodically (fishing license is required). Currently there is a catch and release rule in effect. Private boats are allowed on the lake, as long as they are not gas powered.

Adjacent to the lake and pool is the Clubhouse. Here various recreational activities take place, such as Halloween parties for the children, Easter egg hunts, Memorial Day and Fourth of July celebrations, teen activities, flea markets, and many other events. They also have a snack bar, which is usually open during the summer season.

The lounge serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments and is open to all owners and renters. At various times meals and snacks are available, along with music and dancing. During good weather many functions are held outside on the deck, which many find most enjoyable. The lounge has both winter and summer hours.
